Terms of service
These terms govern the use of PartyBookIt to request and manage bookings at participating indoor playgrounds.
This English version is provided for information only. If it differs from the Spanish version, the Spanish version prevails.
Purpose of the service
PartyBookIt provides the technical tool that allows users to check a park's availability and submit a booking request. By using it, users agree to provide accurate data, not to use the service fraudulently and to follow the conditions communicated by the selected park.
Prices and payments
Each park decides whether a booking requires no online payment, a deposit or full payment. Where online payment is offered, the park is the seller and collects the payment directly through its Stripe account; PartyBookIt provides the technical integration but does not receive or hold the booking funds. The amount, currency and applicable terms are shown before payment.
Confirmation, changes and cancellations
Each park sets its own availability and its confirmation, change and cancellation terms. Before attending, check the policy of the park where you booked. Changes or cancellations must be requested through the channels given by that park or through the management link received with the booking.
Responsibilities
The park is responsible for providing the activity, its premises, opening hours, staff, safety, prices, admission conditions, cancellation policy and handling incidents related to the booking. PartyBookIt is responsible for providing the booking technology platform; it does not replace the park or provide the park's services.
