Subscription terms
These terms govern the purchase of PartyBookIt by businesses.
This English version is provided for information only. If it differs from the Spanish version, the Spanish version prevails.
Provider and customer
ZANE ENTERTAINMENT SL provides PartyBookIt to businesses (professionals and companies), not to consumers.
Plans and prices
Core costs €29/month for the first park, +€20 for the second and +€15 for each park from the third. Amounts are net in EUR, plus taxes calculated by Stripe Tax. Pro, when available for purchase, adds €20/month per business and enables online payments through Stripe Connect. The optional AI Assistant add-on, available on Core and Pro, adds €19/month per business and enables the automated booking assistant in all its parks, with a monthly message allowance per park set by PartyBookIt.
Trial period
One 14-day trial is offered per business, with one park. A card is required. The first charge is made when the trial ends unless cancelled beforehand. Adding or restoring parks during the trial ends it and triggers the charge at that time.
Billing and payment
Billing is monthly in advance and payment is processed by Stripe. Invoices are issued by ZANE ENTERTAINMENT SL using the tax details supplied by the customer.
Changes
Adding parks and upgrades take effect immediately with proration. Removing parks and plan downgrades take effect at the next renewal, without partial refunds.
Non-payment
After a grace period, the account is restricted: existing bookings can still be viewed and managed, but new bookings cannot be created until payment is brought up to date.
Cancellation
The subscription can be cancelled through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
Data and processing agreement
ZANE ENTERTAINMENT SL acts as a data processor (Article 28 GDPR) solely to provide the service, using the sub-processors listed in the privacy policy. The business is the controller of its booking data. Separately from that agreement, ZANE ENTERTAINMENT SL measures, as controller and only with each user's consent, use of the application, including the business's public booking portal, to maintain and improve the service; this measurement includes no booking data or customer contact details and is described in the privacy policy.
Booking payments
The park is the seller and collects payments in its own Stripe account. ZANE ENTERTAINMENT SL does not receive or hold those funds.

Spanish law applies.
